Eating heavy meal at night is another cause of snoring at night thus it is advisable to avoid all meal you think that is heavy, what this heavy meal does is that when it get to the stomach it pushes up the diaphragm thus causing an obstruction in the breathing system.

Too much fat in the body is another cause of snoring that you have to do without, thus there is need for continues exercise so as to shedde off some fat from the body as it is one of the major cause of snoring, people who are suffering from obesity tend to snore much hence the way out is to lose weight by practicing dieting, once you have lost some considerable amount of fat it creates a free flow of air and snoring stop.

Another very effective exercise that will help in dealing with snoring is strengthen the muscles around the jaw, there are two types of exercise for strengthen the muscles around the jaw and the throat.

The first is that you pretend as if you are chewing a gum, moving the jaw up and down motion for something, your mouth must be in the close position and slightly move the upper jaw to meet with the lower on, this will strengthen the jaw muscles  and creating more opening for air passage when sleeping at night.

The throat exercise, most singers do it everyday you too can perform same exercise and strengthen your throat tissues.
